Do you feel alone and unheard in your journey?
Are you facing confusion and difficulty in your marriage?
Looking for practical, Biblically-based solutions to your relational challenges?
I offer Biblical, Christ-centered support to struggling women, especially those from an Anabaptist faith setting. I help Christian women to not only survive but thrive by guiding them in finding their voice and a path through their own personal "Red Sea" experiences.
I am an Anabaptist woman in my early sixties, with a heart for women who are going through "hard stuff." After marrying at 20, I lived with my husband for 17 years, before leaving with the children and moving to a different community. In those days, a separation like this was almost unheard of among our people, but my church and family supported the move, and I ended up raising our own four children plus three foster babies, who are all adults today, in the new community. It has been a long, hard road, but also a rewarding one, and God has been so good to us.
So many people helped our family along the way; we could never have survived alone. And now I want to give back to other women who are experiencing struggle and confusion in their lives. I believe with all my heart that no matter what life brings our way, there is always hope. Even in the very darkest of circumstances, Jesus can shine His light into our hearts and show us the way. It takes courage to let down our guard and be vulnerable, but sometimes this is necessary in order to find our way to healing.
I am a certified Life and Health Coach and a member of the Alberta College of Social Workers.
Sometimes we just need the support of a human who listens,
understands our heartache, and is willing to pray with us.
